Accountability

We're not always going to agree, and that's great because we get to learn, grow, and challenge one another through our interactions, especially with people different than us. Without differentiation, there would never be change and innovation. We need each other. We want to stimulate a place where conversations of differing opinions can be had with respect. Where listening takes place rather than walls being built. With that in mind, no low blows, no offensive/explicit language.
