Why am I not getting responses to my messages?

Unfortunately, we can't make everyone respond to everyone. There are a few reasons why someone might not be responding to you that are specifically related to believr. 

1. If they deleted the app off their phone.
2. If they haven't opened the app. 
3. If they didn't see the push notification.
4. If they archive your conversation - we won't send a push notification to them if a conversation has been achieved.

A few important notes:

• Everyone's messages are encrypted and stored on our servers to ensure if you move devices or something happens to your phone you'll always have those messages. That also means messages don't get lost in the ether somewhere.
• Every Saturday we send out text messages to people reminding them to check their matches before Sunday.
